Our offerings include expert lash extensions, lifts, brows, and waxing procedures using only the finest products. At La Reina Beauty Bar, we strive to create a strong online presence, making it easier to connect with our fabulous clients and provide the best beauty experience.
Policies
Policies are our way of keeping things smooth and fair for everyone! Please read the following before booking.
Arrival policy
Please arrive on time with a clean, makeup-free face. Credit, debit, tap, and email transfer is accepted but will be taxed. Appointments take about 1–2.5 hours for I don’t rush my work because you deserve the time and care!
Refill policy
Mini refills are available within 7 days of your appointment. Anything over 2.5–3 weeks will no longer be a refill and will be considered a full set, so be sure to book your refill in time to keep your lashes looking fresh!
Appointment fees
Cancellations without a prior deposit will incur a $25 fee. Late fees will incur $15. Same-day rescheduling also comes with a $20 fee, so please book mindfully. Your time is just as valuable as mine!!
No-show policy
No-shows, meaning appointments missed without cancellation or prior contact, will incur a 50% fee of the scheduled service. Please be mindful that your spot could have been given to another client, and we cannot accommodate anyone else during your reserved time.
