Policies
Policies are our way of keeping things smooth and fair for everyone! Please read the following before booking.
Arrival policy
Please arrive on time with a clean, makeup-free face. Please bring CASH only, for I don't accept other forms of payment. Appointments take about 2–2.5 hours, and I don’t rush my work because you deserve the time and care!
Refill policy
Mini refills are available within 7 days of your appointment. Anything over 2.5–3 weeks will no longer be a refill and will be considered a full set, so be sure to book your refill in time to keep your lashes looking fresh!
Appointment fees
Cancellations without a prior deposit will incur a $25 fee. Late fees will incur $15. Same-day rescheduling also comes with a $20 fee, so please book mindfully. Your time is just as valuable as mine!!
No-show policy
No-shows, meaning appointments missed without cancellation or prior contact, will incur a 50% fee of the scheduled service. Please be mindful that your spot could have been given to another client, and we cannot accommodate anyone else during your reserved time.
