Refund Policy

No refunds on services

At La Reina Beauty Bar, every service is performed with care, precision, and love. Because of the time, effort, and materials that go into each appointment, we kindly ask that you read our Refund Policy before booking.

Due to the nature of beauty services, all services are non-refundable. Once a service has been completed, we are unable to offer full or partial refunds — this includes lash extensions, waxing, and any other beauty treatments.

All $20 appointment deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. This secures your spot and helps us prepare for your appointment.

Your satisfaction is important to us! If you have any concerns with the results of your service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. While we do not offer refunds, we may offer a touch-up or minor fix, depending on the situation.

Refunds will not be issued for missed appointments, late cancellations, or same-day reschedules. Please see our Cancellation Policy for details on applicable fees.

If we offer any beauty products in the future, those may be refundable under specific conditions (unopened, unused, returned within 7 days with a receipt). Please ask before purchasing.
